Welcome to the website of Eastchester Presbyterian Church. We hope that these few pages will give you a true introduction to the community we call our church “home.”

As you may see from the photographs, we are a mixed community of people who believe in the sovereighnty of GOD, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the Scripture as the triune GOD’s revealed Word, the Church’s only infallible rule of faith and life.

Our belief in GOD naturally draws us into a variety of Christian endeavors, not the least of which is community involvement. While the Christian’s first responsibility is to honor GOD and to be obedient to Him, we maintain that we cannot glorify Him if we ignore the needs and hopes that others in our community express.

Our obedience to GOD and to His Son Jesus Christ, also compels us to focus considerable effort and energy on teaching and learning. Our Sunday School is very active, as is our Youth Choir, our Bell Choir, the Boy Scout and Cub Scout groups that meet here, and our Friday night Youth Group - to mention a few. We also have Bible studies, prayer groups, and special times for training in particular subjects. We constantly search for new and better ways of sharing the Gospel with the youths, adults, singles, and couples in our area.

Our committment to GOD makes us conscious of our obligation not only to follow Him, but also to share the eternal truths which are found only in His Son, with those whose lives are as yet unfulfilled. This sharing takes place by sponsoring a variety of organizations whose purpose is to heal, to provide hope, and to train.

Our love of GOD enables us to do much more than we would on our own, for He blesses those who put their faith in Him.
